We had been real eager to photograph a downtown Providence, RI e-session for months!  (we love Providence!!)  When we originally met up with sweethearts Jess & Jeff during our first consultation, we had excitedly determined that a mid-morning e-session among the historic downtown streets and parks of Providence, RI would be an engaging and compelling session for all of us!  (morning light, romantic couple, coffee…)

Wow, were we right!  These photographs are breathtaking (if we don’t mind saying so, ourselves!)

We met up for 10:00am over at Olga’s Cup & Saucer on Point Street (for some much needed caffeine!!) and all piled into Ofelia’s Accord to begin our shoot downtown with stops planned all of the RISD campus, the Weybosset Street Bridge, the prerequisite Benefit Street and finally over to Prospect Park.   Jess & Jeff are the sort of enthusiastic and eager couple that you know right from the start are the sort of people you could hang out all day with.  Funny, playful and supremely loving & attentive to one another, these two were a pleasure to photograph! 

Jess & Jeff were so easy-going, and so cooperative and enthusiastic about the entire e-session!  Attitude is everything when it comes to making an e-session a truly compelling shoot.  Our advice to all newly-engaged couples is to take advantage of an e-session, and enjoy an opportunity to relax, be yourself, and create some stunning photojournalistic portraits in the meantime!  Jess & Jeff humored us by laughing at our jokes, and followed us literally all over downtown Providence!














Jess & Jeff, we had a blast with you guys!  We can’t wait for your September, 2012 wedding day!!!
